CRM intelligence with Dynamics 365

Satya Nadella introduced new intelligent features available for CRM in the new Dynamics 365 offering, during the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) which was held in October. In the following video you can see examples of how information from outside of CRM can enrich CRM.

The relationship assistant displays relevant news, information of LinkedIn Connections and travel information for upcoming appointments.

The new e-mail features allow you to directly convert e-mails to Leads and Opportunities without leaving you mailbox.
