1) The mission of Microsoft; empowering people and organizations to achieve more through digital technology.
2) Responsibility of a CEO; to set the tone that captures the sole of the collective. Curating the culture that makes excellence happen.
3) Focus on the leading indicators of success; less focus on the traditional lagging indicators (such as revenue and profit) but more on customer love.
